Great price on this ammo
This ammo got to me in days I opened a couple packs and was surprised that this physically was nicer than the 62gr Trophy Bonded Bear Claw I've bought over the years and what I have in my gun safe with the exception of LE223T3 which is always nice and shiny with it's nickel jacket.

The brass was tumbled and had no annealment marks which is usually prevalent with this ammo no dings or dents. The meplats were uniform and concentric. But how a cartridge looks isn't what counts. The sticker on the boxes listed the reason for it being a factory second.

It says Clock# 47544 E (Every box I bought all say the same)

Obviously it's to slow or two fast. Either way it still is a hell of a deal. In my 5.56 rifles I only use two rounds this and 50gr Black hills TSX.

If this chronos a little hot that will make me even happier. LE223T3 TBBC I pay $27.50+ Shipping after my military discount I like paying $11.99 + shipping a lot better especially if it's faster than LE223T3. A trip to the range will tell me what I need to know. It's a bargain either way.

Palmetto State has finally got their processing and shipping department working nicely these days I appreciate that.

Not 5.56 Ammo
While the Federal ammo name is XM556FBIT3M it is not 5.56 ammo. I thought the 223Rem on the box might just be a typo of some sort but the brass is also stamped 223Rem. If it is the normal 223Rem load than it is more like the LE223T3 round than the XM556FBIT3 round.

I have no way of verifying what these chrono at so they might be loaded closer to the 5.56 velocity than the LE223T3 rounds. Unknown.

Its still a good round just not as good as the 5.56 variation.
