The Universal Hand Priming tool combines features found on our other two hand priming tools into one convenient package. We took the universal shell holder from the APS tool and combined it with the primer tray from the standard tool to offer unmatched performance. The universal shell holder will accept cases from .32 ACP to .45-70 Government. The patented safety gate isolates the primer seating operation from the primer supply virtually eliminating the possibility of tray detonation. The removable primer tray orients your primers for use and will fit any manufacturers' primer packaging. Includes accessories to seat large and small rifle or pistol primers.

With It's spring-loaded lever the Shell Holder keeps cases securely locked in place and aligned  with the cutter. It is designed for .001" accuracy even with a spent primer in the case. Works with standard pilots and features a micrometer fine-adjustment bushing calibrated for setting exact trim length.

In the progressive mode, output can be increased from 50 to 200 rounds per hour. Or, if preferred, the press can be used as a single-stage press and load cases in the batch mode.
