Same here. I actually got a notice right as it opened - but for whatever reason I didnāt pay attention to it, and didnāt join until May or June (memāry here - second thing to goā¦ā¦ cannot remember the firstā¦ā¦)

I kinda like it around here, a great distraction from the world. Damn sure better than TV. I get in trouble for not paying attention when my wife is trying to talk to me while Iām reading, replying on the forum. She used to be really irritated with me, now she just accepts the fact that I am physically present, but in
my mind Iām sitting on barstool down the road a spell. And while even though I am not really there, she keeps on reading off her laundry list to the body of the person who she presumes who caresā¦
P.S. I am totally devoted to my wife, the above is actually stolen from my favorite John Prine song: The Other Side of Town. Ironically, it is she who first heard the song and laughed, and told me that was probly written about me. If you ever heard it, you would instantly become a fan.

Guys I really appreciate what you have done. All of the posts, kind words and prayers from you guys on the forum has really lifted my spirits and humbled me. Guys donāt count me out I know that I have been down for 4 months but I am still fighting and kicking. I didnāt mean to hijack this thread. I just wanted to put a different perspective in to show that we are far more than just gun forum but guns are our main focus.

Thanks guys, I have a lot of physical rehab to go through but the worse is behind me now. I am weak from being in the coma for 12 days and being flat on my back for 4 months. My lungs are what is holding me back. If i didnāt have O2 I would die within a few short minutes. I have come a long way but still have a long way to go.
I am going to stop derailing this thread as it isnāt about me.
