Hey there! There is a good chance you need a new locking block and possibly a mag catch to address the mag dropping issue you’re having. If you submit a warranty claim on the website, the claims specialist will get you squared away.

Anthony I am having issue of magazine fly out when firing 1 of my PSA Daggers. I have 5 and its the only 1 doing it?

This is exactly what is happening to my new PSA, extremely bummed after going to the range today. First few rounds and boom the mags starts dropping, I left and started looking up what could be the issues and found this post. I have the older barrel with 9x19 on the side, it’s threaded so hopeful to get this resolved.
BTW I have a 9 X 19 stainless coated threaded barrel and it’s never had this issue.
