I read that the dagger micro uses actual glock style pins and not roll pins is this true?
Just from zooming in on the pictures that appears to be the case. Single pin locking block, as in it uses the trigger pin only for that. Rear pin looks solid to my eye compared to the Compact Dagger pictures having the centers punched out.
That’s what I’m reading but I wanted somebody from PSA to confirm
I ain’t from PSA, but I own a micro. It has Glock style pins. Not roll pins. You should read through my Micro Dagger Tech Talk thread. Lots of useful info like this in there.
That’s awesome if you have a specific link where they’re talking about the roll pin specifically please pass it along
Perfect thankyou
Should I get a micro or a Micro X
That’s really up to you but I and a lot of others that carry find the grip to be the most printy part, not slide length. So I’d go with the longer slide model. Less recoil, more velocity, longer sight radius, and looks cool. And in some cases more comfortable than smaller guns, in appendix carry at least.
My first CCW was a Glock34 and it was fine.
Depends what you want it for. There are 3 versions.
Micro - exactly a Glock 43x MOS sized gun. I’d get this for a concealed carry gun due to size/weight (I own one of these).
Micro C-1 - Glock 48 sized with a compensator built in to the slide - larger than the plain Micro, but will reduce recoil and muzzle flip due to the built in comp. I’d get this if you wanted to shoot it a lot and/or if you didn’t care about the extra size for concealed carry purposes. (I just ordered one of these)
Micro X-1 - Glock 48 sized - This is basically a Glock 19 footprint but with a thinner/lighter frame/slide. I’d get this if I wanted a ‘full sized’ pistol that was thinner/lighter than a Compact Dagger or Glock 19.
Good information thank you
