The port went from .059 to .107. Even with yellow spring and 2.2oz buffer the gas system couldnt even push the bcg. the industry minium is .07. And most barrel manufacturers already upsize to .98-.105 so i had it go .002 over what rosco mostek criterion and ballistic advantage do for “hard use” sizing
Then you should have sent it in for warranty.
Different manufacturers do different things with their gas ports. You cant just assume a PSA barrel is going to be the same. If it wasnt shooting you should have warrantied it.
I thought the same thing at first too and was going to but that was going to require weeks of waiting and the gun smith lives 10 mins away went with that
Any over gas problem is fixed with adj gb or adj bcg like you said. over gassing isnt an issue with the subs just feeding probs with 190s. Any other subs feed perfectly fine using 300 blk specific mags and all subs including 190s cycle perfectly just cant reliably feed 190s from any of the mags I have from stagnag 5.56 to mp 5.56 a 5.56 35 rd torque mag or 300blk mp mags

IMO that’s the only purpose for .300blk.
It packs plenty of punch unsuppressed. Big bullet coming at you supersonic (or subsonic) out of a little gun.
I’m not special ops looking for stealth.

Oh yes where I hunt at is realitivly close to neighbors house and im only able to go out at night or close to it. Got nvg50s smslaser hcfx b. Supressor and subs. Works out great but where im at no need for supers and the rifle is perfect for home defense as well without worrying about blowing my kids eardrums out if the worst where to happen
My 300 blk runs great with everything. A friend built his and we had to drill his gas port to get it to cycle after trying everything else. I went up one drill size at a time until it functioned properly.

I had it drilled to .107" and it runs perfect. I think its a mag issue when it comes to 190g rounds. I have a variety of new mags comming in to test out. Pmags work with every thing except the sub-x 190s and rifle will run any subsonic with or without supressor. 100% has to be the mags or tolorance on lower reciver feed ramps.
An update sorry its so late. Lancer 30rd mags where the final peice to the puzzle. My new favorite mags work great with every round 0 issues with lancer 30rd and only occasional issues with pmag 20rd
