i am just starting this forum. i have been shooting and reloading way more than 50 years so i am old. i am in SC and i like to shoot at the Philsons Crossings Range at the Clinton exit off I-26.
it was a great place and then politics broke it up with a range fee. Philsons was the cleanest of the four DNR ranges in SC.
here is a question. how does a state agency “own” the range but the federal gov has control of it? it has to close if the Gov has a shutdown.
