Can you run +P ammo thru it?
Joe P on Nov 8, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes but you will want to use a heavier buffer and a heavier action spring to tame the extra force.
Does it take glock magazines ??

I am just wanting to confirm this is classified as a pistol? Not a short barrel rifle. Is this still classified as a brace like the blade or a stock? Thanks for the help.
Ambrose B on Nov 18, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Correct.

BEST ANSWER: Either should work but it will require the proper tools to install and apply correct torque.
Does this accept after market drop in AR15 triggers?
John S on Nov 27, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Drop in triggers should be specifically designed for AR9s. Random AR15 trigger may not reset, fire out of battery or double fire. Initially I tried an Elftmann AR15 trigger and it failed work. I replaced it with an Elftmann trigger specifically designed for 9mm and it worked fine.
Can the “buffer tube” be replaced with an actual AR adjustable buffer tube so I can add a SB Tactical brace?
Brad H. on Aug 10, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Yes. I have it on mine.
Is the brace made of a rigid material or is it flexible similar to the Sig?
Gregory W on Dec 9, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The brace is overmolded rubber over rigid frame.
When will these be back in stock?
ROGER B on Aug 8, 2019
Can you take this stock off and replace it with any AR stock?

It handles very well, looks great, very reliable no jams with any Winchester or Blazer Brass ammo. It is very accurate for a 10.5" barrel pistol. I shot 115 gr. FMJ ammo and very mild recoil. I am very well pleased with my purchase.

Do not order this configuration
Was very excited to get this pistol. Looks great and USA made! Went to the range when I got it and after the first 45 rounds, the stock came undone. The buffer tube does not have an anti rotation channel on it that keys to the butt plate. Also minus a castle nut to secure these components. With the vibrations of the first 30 - 45 rounds it caused the buffer tube to loosen and rotate. There is no way to completely lock down the buffer tube to prevent rotation. The buffer tube retainer spring was then released into the receiver and jammed my fire arm. When this happened the buffer tube retainer spring was damaged. On another note, the charging handle makes contact with the pistol brace causing interference with charging the firearm as well and has left marks on the brace. It is not comfortable when I am charging the pistol because my finger tips drag over the top of the brace and I have to reset and make adjustments. Palmetto took it back for repairs and all they did is retighten it. When I spoke to customer service they said it was all they could do as this was the configuration I chose. I said this is obviously going to happen again and they should just fix it with a locking solution while they still had it and he said again we can’t do that because this is the configuration I chose. Lesson learned for me I suppose but there was no way for me to know the stock would not be locked in place. Every gun enthusiast i have shown this to has said it’s a poor design. I have never seen an AR style pistol that does not have a stock that is locked in place. The good news is that Palmetto is going to fix it every time this happens. All I have to do is send it in and go through the warranty process (says sarcastically). Because we don’t buy our expensive guns to rely on them to work all the time, 100% of the time...

Shoots like a dream.
Added a Sig Red Dot and shoots great. Have tried all bullet styles, weights from 115 gr. to 147 gr. and feeds and fires them all. Mil trigger is not bad at all, about 6.5 lb. trigger weight.
Only difficulty I had was the buffer tube/stock came loose as it is only hand tightened and does not use a proper castle nut to tighten to receiver. A drop of Loctite and all is good.
If you like AR rifles you will love this pistol. Pluses: Can shoot inexpensive 9mm ammo, far less muzzle blast than 223, can be used at ranges that only allow pistols, takes reliable Glock mags.
