Will this work with the AR style 7.62x39 magazines?
K K on Mar 27, 2019
BEST ANSWER: YES
will this work with non-palmetto state 7.62x39 barrels?
Scott T on Apr 1, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Enter an answer to this question.Just received my BCG in today. I purchased the ks-47 pistol lower , stripped upper , and BCG. It was paired up with a KAK 12INCH barrel I already had. I quickly found that the Hybrid bolt will not fully seat in the chamber impeding the rear of the BCG from clearing the buffer tube. If I use a standard ar15 (7.62x39) bolt in the hybrid carrier the receivers do come together.
How about a Nickle Boron BCG for the KS47?

What are the size differences between the ks-47 BCG & there standard 5.56 BCG?
Nigel G on Apr 20, 2019
BEST ANSWER: It is the same size as a milspec carrier but is cut to work with AK Mags / with the KS47.
What is the bolt face recess of this bolt?
Darren D on Mar 27, 2019
Will this bolt carrier accept a 5.45x39 (or 5.56/.223) sized bolt in it? I plan on building a KS-47 that accepts AK74 mags and need to replace just the bolt on this carrier group. Thank you in advance for the input.

So Far, So Good
Have two PSA KS47's. It's not a well-kept secret that the Achilles heal on these very nice firearms is the extractor. Not a design flaw, just a tendency that occurs more than others. Not one to be unprepared for that eventuality...I ordered a spare BCG to have while my broken extractor is in for repair. PSA won't send you a
extractor. You have to send the whole BCG to them to inspect and fix. So not wanting to be out of action, I got this piece. And you've got to get this proprietary specially milled BCG. Don't think that picking up a Toolcraft 7.62x39 bolt carrier will fit. It won't. Ask me how I know. But PSA owns the KS47. It's more accurate than any AK47 that I own, and that's saying something. Is it fit for WORL? Not now...but maybe PSA will fix that soon. And add a BHO, too.
