PSA Gen2 PA10 18" Midlength Nitride .308 WIN 1:10 Upper With BCG and Charging Handle - 516445313
PSA Gen2 PA10 18
PSA Gen2 PA10 18" Midlength Stainless Steel .308 WIN 1:10 Upper With BCG and CH - 516445344
BEST ANSWER: You will see about the same for round count durability. The stainless accuracy will fall off quickly when the barrel wears out as the vanadium will lose accuracy slowly over time. With proper care either will last a minimum of 8 to 10 thousand rounds. Accuracy should be about the same for both.

HEAVY DUTY FIREPOWER
Last year I built my first AR15 from components supplied by PSA and it turned out great! It is in 5.56 NATO and it shoots great! Gophers here in Montana taken at 250 yards with it really put a smile on my face, probably not so much for the gopher!

This year I wanted to build a matching AR10 in 308 Winchester and when my new upper combo arrived I was very pleased with the massive strength of the unit.

I am not finished with the build as of yet but I am very confident it will preform every bit as good as my AR15. I can hardly wait to rip through a 30 rnd magazine of 308's with it!

PA10 Upper Mated to a Polymer80 Lower
Gotta love that .308 Winchester round! Your PA10 upper fit perfect for my build! I like that old school iron sights look. Brings back memories of Iraq in the early days before all the optics entered the scene.

PSA ar 10 build
When I bought the lower, parts were not as available as i would have wished. I found a Stoner LPK for ar 10's which worked well with a little fitting. Finding a correct buffer for a fixed stock was no fun. I had a vintage m16 butt The finished rifle stock ( no trap) on hand. The upper went on with no trouble. the finished rifle was surprisingly accurate and easy to shot. However it remains a work in progress.

Big Bang for the Buck!
Paired this upper with a A2 style pa10 gen2 lower added a magpul 25 round magazine and tula steel cased 308. oh what fun it is laugh and sing at the rifle range tonight...... when on sale, this set up is under 500 bucks. i also like the 18 inch barrel which keeps the weight down a little and the mid length lets you have a decent sight radius for a longer distance caliber. i want to add that i have several hundred rounds down the barrel and no failures. Just wipe down then a light lube on the bcg and pull a snake through the barrel to shoot. also flat top allows the gamut of rear sights and optics, i use a 1-4 power bushnell with the throw lever.
Nothing else in the 308 caliber can compare on price with performance and breaks the back of m1a and hibuck m110 wannabees. only rra oracle competes on price and performance but they are still more money cannot buy upper separate and no a2 front sight gas block which eliminates them in my book. PSA hit a grand slam with this upper and resulting rifle set up.

Love it!
I’m very impressed with this PA10. I have not had time to measure how accurate it is, only a break in and scope roughly zeroed. It seems to like the same 168gr as my M1A. Very smooth with no malfunctions. Best bang for the buck I’ve seen in a very long time!
