I’m very happy with my rifle, i replaced the scope with a Nicon 4x12 it’s a tac driver

For the sale price sipped of $359.99 this was an excellent buy. Loading 40gr Vmax with CFE223, getting some spectacular groups.

Typical Remington quality with a couple issues... cheap scope and even cheaper rings and bases. It'll get you on paper and maintain a zero, but nothing speaks of quality. This you probably knew already. What you might not know is the scope is not mounted (or boresighted). I assume to help cut costs, Remington and PSA shipped this rifle without the normal Remington box. My FFL unpacked the box it came in, so I can not attest to the actual shipping container, but the scope with the rings mounted was in bubble wrap, which was not enough to prevent a few dings- mainly in the turret cap area. Overall, if you are looking for either a basic heavy barrel 700 for a project or if you are looking for a budget hunting rifle, this is a good deal with a time proven design and a very healthy aftermarket parts support.

Rifle is awesome. Very accurate after upgrading the scope. However customer service from PSA online team sucks. Will never order online items again.

The fit and function were what I expected. I have only taken it to the range once so far, for barrel break in. Accuracy seems better than average so far. Trigger pull breaks at 5.5 lbs, so I will be replacing it with a "tuned" Walker trigger. The stock seems nice, I removed the pressure point at the end of the forearm, and shimmed under the barrel to temporarily free float it. For the price I paid, it is a great value. I can sell the barreled action after much use for more than I paid for the entire rifle. Of course I replaced the scope and mounts. Installed Leupold QR base, lapped the rings, and Installed a Vortex Viper HS-T 6-24 X 50mm with a 30mm tube.

Great deal on a heck of a tack driver. I ditched the factory adl stock and went with a bdl, drop mag kit, added a bipod and sling and a Nikon M308. The factory scope must be a bushnell basic 4-12x40 but wasnt good enough for me.

Great gun for the money. Scope was loose inside the box when it arrived. Scope was dented and scratched but rifle appears to be okay. Forend is a “semi-beavertail”. Can’t find a much better deal on a Remington 700. Scope and rings should not be included, as they are junk. Plan on buying (at least) your own scope and rings for it.

For the price I paid, I am extremely happy with the gun. May upgrade the scope for long range shooting.

Scope is cheap. The rifle is well worth the money. Sited in and shot a nice tight 5 shot group (fiocchi vmax 50gr) at 100yds with a better cheap scope. Maybe ½"- ¾". I am happy with it. Should improve with trigger work and way better optic.

Great price. Immediately upon receipt, I removed, and placed in a Magpul Hunter stock with bottom metal. Replaced scope with Vortex Viper. Bought it for the 700 action and heavy barrel. Shoots great.

Rifle is super accurate . Scope was junk out of the box. Only purchased for the rifle.

Great gun for price. The twist is only good for light 50gr bullets but it’s being used to shoot PDs. I’d given it 5 stars but scope and rings are worthless and Remington should consider a bottom line vortex like others do....

I have not shot the rifle yet but am sure it will shoot fine. It is good looking, fit and finish is good, and it is a Remington. I would buy one in 308 if you get them back in stock.

Best price anywhere, $360. Good start for a tactical rifle build.

I have installed a better scope on it and it is a Tack Driver. Very heavy Barrel.

Bought in August from PSA, paid 399, 3 days later 359, price rebates are only 24 hours. Rifle has 1-12 twist shoots 50 grain bullets well. Best guess Bushnell scope. Decent trigger.

Price can't be beat. I saw this on sale and just couldn't resist. I have bought many AR's and parts from PSA and this one is just the latest. Just wish they had more free shipping specials on other items. Nonetheless I'll stick with PSA as long as they give good deals like this one.
