Taurus 709 SLIM 9mm 7rd Stainless Slide 709ss 1-709039

Certainly didn't need another pistol for concealed carry but after handling the 709 Slim I went ahead with purchase. For the price it seemed nice enough. It is no doubt the slimmest pistol I own and made me realize how nice it is to carry something smaller but still have 9mm power. Sure you give up some rounds vs. a double stack but oh well. This Slim just feels good in my hand and not too small. What is really shocking to me is that I can shoot this thing with great accuracy. I dare say I might be more accurate with it than some of my other larger pistols. Typically that's not the case with small handguns. But for some reason I'm great with the Slim. Easy break down for this gun a quick cleaning after the range every time. So far just over 1000 rounds and absolutely no problems or malfunctions. Yes I am impressed.
