The AFT has published what they intend to do with regard to marking (serializing) uppers, etc. Please make sure you leave a comment once the comment period is open. I have not been able to actually find the regulation yet to leave an online comment. Not surprised that the AFT would play games with it.

Comment period begins once published in the Federal register. This hasn’t happened yet.

Keep checking though and submit comments once it is up! Don’t forget to write your congress creatures too!

Comment period hasn’t begun yet. But keep an eye out.

Either keep that page as a tab in your browser and refresh it periodically, or wait for your favorite GunTuber to post a video. Everybody is watching this thing.

Also, maybe take the time now to write a draft of what you want to say. That way you can just copy and paste once it’s published.

So just getting a little clarification here. Leaving a bunch of cussing and non professional comments does that refer to here, on the ATF website or both? :fu: Just messing with you. Any articulate points left on the ATF website to counter their asinine objections to the 80% lowers would be appreciated by us all.

If you have any FFL to include 03 C&R. They want to change you from keeping your A&D books from 20 yrs to INDEFFINENT! So, even if you are 90 yrs old in a retirement home, you have to keep your books. They want to keep all records for life, getting around the ban that congress gave them to having a registry.

I’ve left 2 comments on frames and receivers, may try to leave another one or two.

Working on my pistol brace comments now. I have one long comment I think I’ll break up into 4-6 different comments.
