I got a pew pew session in yesterday. Forgot eye and ear pro. Forgot the dagger extended mags. But I still had an awesome time.
Deer are so smart. Big ol suckers are always out there when I’m walking. But the guys hunting rarely bag one. They seem to know who’s serious and who’s just target shooting. It’s funny when you have a rifle over your shoulder and they just walk in front of your field of view. Dudes ask, “have ya seen anything at all?” I say “yeah like 3 or 4 so far”. They get so pissed. 
There is a water spot with tons of tracks and a berm that overlooks that spot. I’d would just sit there watching you tube videos on my phone and eating my McDonald’s with a Latte from Starbucks. Once a nice one shows up, just jump up, march him back to the tailgate of the truck at gunpoint pop one in the kneecap so he can’t run. Then mag dump all over his entire body and load em up in the back. Seems easy enough…
