Good afternoon. Yesterday was crazy. Today is boring and I like it.
The Army left me with some terrible habits, I usually go to sleep early 9PM if I am lucky but most times, I have insomnia or sleep apnea; snore and wake right up. Just lay there at 3AM and then decide to go to Planet Fitness. At least I avoid the crowds
Sleep apnea is nothing to play with.
I forget I have that sometimes. Amazing I’m alive. I should… oh look, something shiny…
I stop breathing too many times to count at night without my CPAP 
The latest generation of machines are amazing compared to when I got my first one in the early 2000s.
Over 40 times an hour for me iirc.
So you could literally die in your sleep too? 
Exactly. When it was found out, I lived alone. Spent the night with a gf and she called an ambulance.
