Good evening everyone. I am late to the party but was up at 4:30am, left the house at 5:30am and got back at 6:30pm. Have been at a power lifting competition that my son was competiting at all day. He did not place on the podium but he did best his dead lift weight twice during the competition.
wow. long day… thats pretty awesome for your son even without placeing im sure he was happy about besting his previous best twice!
