The manager at my plant uses the “Chaos Theory” of micromanaging to run this plant “efficiently”.
Or something.
I figure they do it so they can set themselves up for promotion. Make things worse, take it back to where it was so they can say in an interview: “I improved x numbers by x%…” failing to mention their changes made that “improvement” possible.
