I average about 5.5 a night according to my watch. Lately a little more but its usually broken which sucks. Sometimes I’m up at stupid hours because i fall asleep at stupid hours lol its a vicious cycle. I almost have to stay up consistently until 23:00 to break the cycle and I’m too old for that. :rofl:

I’m usually in bed by 9 or so but I like to get up early. I have to be @ work @ 07:00.

Sucks but beats the alternative right?! I got a little nap today. Was out celebrating a friends birthday a little later last night. Wound up with 4hrs of sleep. Gotta catcha 0600 flight in the am.

I’m glad I no longer suffer insomnia. It seriously is a slow death. The brain wont stop thinking. It just thinks and thinks and thinks. I think anxiety is whats doing it? It kills relationships, work, everything. I’d kill it with :beer: :smoking: :pill: . But sometimes insomnia is stronger and you’d just drink all night.

Now I sleep. Cant get enough honestly. Gotta make up for lost time I guess?
