sometimes im just wide frickin awake… and cant fall asleep to save my rear, however at 9am when im supposed to be wide frickin awake working, i’ll be draggin butt falling asleep at the keyboard. just you watch…

soooo… didnt fall asleep all night… so i’m still awake here. Good morning!
Good morning PSA. Since my surgery I get my 6-8 hours without being on fire 
I sleep better than the baby Jesus.
In ‘22 I had my gallbladder removed and a source of inflammation.
This June I had rotator cuff and bicep repair and a source of inflammation.
Now my left knee is acting up or it could be just the weather. Sucks to grow old. 
i am envying you.
It’s because I’ve no soul thus no conscience. So I’ve been told. 
Good morning everyone. A bit later off to driving my mother to a doctor appointment.
while i agree it sucks getting old… i’ve had my gallbladder out as well back in 2009ish if memory serves on the timing… i dont think it had any effect upon my sleeping, but it certainly did have a large effect on me as far as what i ate… and could eat. before i had certain things that would run through me like a freight train and ever since its been much more laid back, without the worry of having the fire hose come unannounced when i ate something rich. I’m thankful for that.
