I bought my first dagger as a complete gun with bag for $299.
Now I just buy a new slide with a different cut or color. Especially on sale with free shipping. Same with different colored frames.

You can also buy the Complete Dagger frame + stripped AR lower for $99 (free shipping), and the slide for $189. If you already have Glock mags, not a lot of point to paying extra to get a magazine.
They have had sales on the slides in the past for basic slides $159.99 and $169.99, but I haven’t seen a sale on the slides like that for a good while now (like 6 months maybe). That said, the currently have a sale on Docter cut red-dot ready slides for $199 (normally like $259.99 or something).
Anyway - long story short, yeah, Dagger is a great deal.

I recently ordered a dagger frame and a AR stripped lower in a combo deal.
I was relay excited to get them both for $99 and free shipping. However when i looked back after i ordered i saw that i did pay for shipping. Is their any way i can get the shipping money back or am i out of luck?

Buying the Dagger in components rather than a finished gun is a good way to go if someone has a specific goal in mind. That’s what I did with both of mine.
One of them is my “favorite” and I took it out to the range today. Has about 2K rounds through it and it’s like it was brand new. I’ve had offers for it and I’ve politely declined.
