Greetings, attempting my first post here, PSA’s Giveaway has motivated me.
I am interested in the implications of ATF’s NPRM for those of us who have an 80% lower, but I am not finding a thread on the topic. ?
I tried to read the regulation and I think I found one line in there that indicated that current owners of an 80% lower are unaffected if the new regulation is released, assuming they are not trying to transfer the weapon to someone else. ?
Winning a kit would be nice.
