Are Gen3 PA10 and Sabre10 AR10 upper and lowers compatible?
If so, is there any major aesthetic drawbacks that impeed its function?
And lastly, should I just not be a cheap-■■■ and get the Sabre10 upper that fits for 750$ or go for the budget option with Gen3 PA10 at 500$.?
Yes they will fit. The only appearance would be if you were going forged on one and billet on the other, but PSA doesnt sell non-matched billet receivers. The Sabre will have higher end parts like trigger, safety, etc.
Thanks for the response GuitarGuy. I purchased the PSA Sabre AR-10 Rifle Forged 20" .308 w/ 12.5" Quad Rail & A1 Stock back in July and Im looking to add a lighter weight battle rifle element to it. I’m thinking about dropping in a PSA Gen3 PA10 18" Mid-Length .308 1/10 Nitride 15" M-lok Upper - With BCG & CH.
Then having it chopped down to 13.7 or 14.5 with a pin and weld.
Shouldnt be an issue
