I don’t do social media on Facebook or any other type of social media. I am however a member of a few forums as I am sure that many of us are. Based on my experience in life and on the forums that I have been a member of there is always a few members or people that you can’t ever make happy. It doesn’t matter what anyone does or tries to do for them. It will never be enough. You could be a store with the best prices and best customer service in America. You would still have some people finding something to complain about. I just don’t get it. Everyone can make suggestions. Many of us might like to see some things done differently at different stores. At the end of the day when you own your own business then you run it how you or a board of directors sees fit. When you don’t own a company you can make suggestions but if that company decides to do things their way you can either understand and go along with it or you can take your toys and go home. If you have a major issue with a company then there are other vendors or businesses that will be happy to take your money. Some complaints are normal such as shipping times, customer service, wrong product shipped or the average things that can happen to any business. I get those complaints. Many complaints that I have seen seems pretty petty. I believe that there are some people that could win a billion dollar lottery and still whine about not getting their money how they specifically wanted it. I really don’t get some people
Some people delight in their misery so much that they want everyone else to join them there.
That has to be a quote or paraphrase from somewhere, but it pretty well encapsulates it. There are people in this world who are only satisfied when they have something to complain about… all the time.
I suppose they were either raised that way by a parent or two that were the same way, had/have such a crappy life that it just spills over for all of us to enjoy or simply have a genetic predisposition… or something.
I tend to gravitate away from that kind of person normally, as they are not much fun to be around for any amount of time.
Agreed. It is amazing to me the amount of entitlement that people have. I read some of these posts from people who will complain about anything, regardless of how ridiculous. I saw a post the other day about a guy who complained that a company did not return his phone call for appliance service, despite the fact that the entire area had just experienced a hurricane (it was an older post). Like the guy expected someone to come out to his house in the middle of a hurricane to fix his appliance. These people are sociopathic in their expectations.

See now, there you go messing me up. I thought that in the liberal states of America no one wins. Everyone gets a participation trophy. It doesn’t matter one bit that half the ignorant little crumbsnatchers can’t read the snowflake trophy they got. Telling a kid they lost at anything was paramount to torture and crumbsnatcher abuse.
I always feel these types of people never had to work in a customer facing environment. There is no way you could be so discontented if they were at one point on the other side of the transaction.
