One of the PSA mods said it will be released this year, according to their AK engineer. (mentioned in another thread)
Yes, plans for a 2021 release. Date to be determined but it is being worked on.

Can’t wait. Two biggest PSA items on my wish list are the Ak74 and AK krink both with an FN cold hammer forged chrome lined barrel.
The krink is all I’ve been waiting for. It better be available before any gun control passes. I NEED IT.

Same here man. I always wanted a krink since playing call of duty when I was in the 7th grade, lol.
