3 yrs ago my neighbor stopped by for a visit. He seen a fresh pistol build l just completed. He asked if l could build his wife one…two tone…Kawasaki green/black. I gave him a price and he jumped on it.
BCA upper arrived, CH worn through the box.

I got my local shop to do the engraving and color

PSA lower w/EPT FCG. Checking fit.

Upper color seemed to flip…zombie green to KX green

Finished project

When they came to pick it up his wife had tears when she seen it. She raced KX85 and then KX125…her number plate was 15. The KX-15 was my idea but l did not know her racing number.

The only quick fix for me … gen1 side charger running loose, $10 eBay CH w/lock washer.

The “KX” and Kawasaki Green is extremely fitting. Thats totally awesome.

Makes me wonder about Red “CRF-15” Blue YZ-15" and other motorcycle branded AR themes

My last bike. 1998 KX-250. A maxed-out build, fresh top end when l sold it in “04”. My wife was glad it left…now l miss them both
