So that is a standard carbine buffer (3oz). Try an H (heavy) or H2. Quarters in the tube wont really do anything because the bcg isnt over traveling, it is traveling too fast. Slowing it down by adding a heavier buffer is the solution unless you upgrade to an adjustable gas block.
