PSA Gen4 9mm Carbine Classic Rifle FTE Issues

Just picked up my new Gen4 9mm Carbine and took to the range today. Had some fail to eject issues. First 9mm AR, so not sure how to diagnose. Internals are remain unchanged, running 124gr Blazer with PMAG magazine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please note, the images are in reverse order of the elapsed issue.

I would load one round and remove mag and fire to see if it ejects, if it does try a differnt mag.
I am assuming rifle was cleaned and oiled bcg with clean chamber.
While at range,manually cycle ammo to see if it ejects the live rounds. It may just need to break in.
