Iâm having the exact same issue. Every round snagged on the feed ramps trying to chamber a round. Awaiting a response from customer service. I was using Pmags and factory American Eagle 62gr 5.56. I think they have a bad batch of parts.
Its likely theres a bad batch. Sounds like the same issue i had. Theyll take care of you. Just takes a little time. Ever since they reprofiled my feed ramps the rifles been very reliable regardless of what mag/ammo combo or how clean/dirty it isâŚ
Same issue, I was replacing my now illegal 10.5â barrel that fed beautifully with a 16â. The 16â wouldnât feed at all, every round jammed. I just put in a warranty request.
*If its jamming manually using a magazine full (10Rds) live or demilled dummies (metal on metal), its most likely a feed ramp issue. If it manually feeds a magazine full of nylon dummies without or fewer jams, manual polishing (drill gun, buffer and polishing compound may a huge difference.
If its jamming only during live fire, check for symptoms of the gas system (under/over gasing), followed by a buffer system inspection. Initially that what Id do.
Question for everyone answering this question, would polishing the feed ramp help. I watched a YouTuber that does teaching videos on ar15âs he he did a very similar thing for a similar problem.
I have an odd one - I am having the same issues as the folks above but it only started after I cleaned the gun? Prior to that the gun ran fine and I never had any issues? Since I cleaned the gun I am having the same issue. When I rack the charging handle it jams every time now since the cleaning. but if I lock the bolt back with the bolt catch and then I release the bolt catch the round feeds fine? The issue only happens when I use the charging handle? I havenât been to the range since this issue started happening to see how it cycles during live fire but it is frustrating that this just started happening after a cleaning? Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
not being nasty or anything, but try cleaning it again and see if it stops. You might have put it together wrong by mistake and doing it again might show where.
Did you add any lube to the sides/shaft of the charge handle? If youâre not riding it back in, you may have cleaned every bit of the lube off, and it might be dragging just enoughâŚ
