Anyone strip and refinish the PSA laminated stock sets? Maybe I’m weird, but my nutmeg set is way too “pretty.” I’d prefer to strip the set and refinish with linseed oil or tung, but I just wanted to make sure they weren’t going to come out looking like crap. I’m guessing they are just poly coated and will strip like anything else with some Citri-Strip? Thanks.
I have modified mine for my AK-V, but havent stripped it. As its laminated, i might would try the tang portion of the stock in case it didnt work.
