Depends on location and how high it is above your head. If you are in South Carolina, you have a six minute pass coming today. Sept 13 . There is an app called Skyview you can use to identify it and the stars.
There are a handful of people that get so see it from the other side.

that is odd. ive been watching a good bit of videos lately about unexplained items on the shawn ryan show… and well some of these things these guys are talking about to shawn are quiet interesting.
I have a nurse where I work who has seen some stuff in Iraq. She said it looks like the surveillance balloons they had there.
