Is anyone else having an issue trying to get the 3 magazine rebate from Taurus from the recent promo?
For a month they were out of stock all the time and now the store is offline.
For weeks now it has been offline and unavailable to order the magazines due from rebate.
This is an issue due to the fact the rebate has a deadline and i seems unfair to have deadline when you wont let the customer try to order the items.
I did get a response saying the store is run by a different group from promotions…
classic it ain’t my job copout response!
I’m in the same boat as you, and it looks like others experienced this the last time around. My rebate was processed and approved within a half hour. Every three-pack is in stock, except for the 10-rounders I need. The advice in the other threads I’ve read is to sign up for email notifications and wait for a notification. Hopefully you’ll be able to grab some within the next 5 weeks.
Contact them now and create a record of you trying to redeem it. If the lack of redemption is due to their lack of stock, you’ll have some grounds for trying to redeem it after the rebate period ends.

The Wife just filed her claim yesterday, for a pistol she purchased a couple weeks ago.
The Claim must be filed by 02/15/25 - but doesn’t say that the promotion-certificate will expire by then.
Am I missing something?
(granted - their Store Website WAS down for awhile, but this has been Up the entire duration of the Promotion, at least every time I checked when The Wife was hemming and hawing over that pistol for the last two months)
You are missing something. The problem isn’t that they’re not processing claims. People have been submitting claims and receiving coupon codes to use at the Taurus web store. The problem is that the 10-round and 16-round magazines in the “Rebate Items” section of the webstore are out of stock, so people are afraid they won’t be able to redeem their coupons before the deadline of 2/28. Before the webstore went down temporarily, some people were having issues redeeming their coupons on magazines that were in stock. Some people were getting invalid coupon messages. Others couldn’t check out because the store couldn’t calculate state tax on a $0 item. In general, it’s been a mess.
