PSR just uploaded a video on a “starter printer”. I’m mentally inching ever closer to trying some 3D.
You really should get one, they are so handy! You’ll find uses for it that you haven’t even thought of yet.

Perhaps a generational thing, but Imma hard pass on plastic printed firearm parts held together by hose clamps.

I find it’s easier to frame the discussion by showing how I could use a new tool to help her.
Goes something like this:
“Honey, you know that skinny drawer in the kitchen where you keep the tall bottles of oils, seasonings, and cooking spray? If I had a 3D printer I could totally make you the perfect organizer for that!”
And then show her these pics:
