Just a friendly suggestion from a return customer of many years: Please include this info in your FAQs, or in the location details for each store. I know transfers aren’t profitable, but I’ve never gone into your store without buying something.
Are you asking about web orders from the website or from 3rd party?
There shouldnt be any transfer fees from the PSA website if you do in store pickup. As for $25, that’s about the going rate here in the columbia area for other ffl’s and gun stores.
You know I tried purchasing a gift card from here for my father and they took my money and then said my purchase was fraudulent and is gonna return my money then wanted to say I can purchase something else! Ya no thank you if I can’t even purchase a gift card for someone why would I purchase anything else from you or them
If you used a VPN that routed you through a country other than the USA that will happen. It also could have been rejected by your CC company. Many things happen to kick it into fraud that isn’t necessarily on PSA’s part.
