Here is my 1898 Rast Gasser revolver chambered for 8mm Gasser. It has a couple of unusual features in that if you pull down on the trigger guard it allows the left side plate to swing open exposing the lockwork for cleaning or maintenance. Also opening the loading gate disconnects the trigger from the hammer allowing you to index the cylinder one chamber at a time for loading by pulling the trigger without operating the hammer. That’s not something I want to retrain myself to do. These were a service revolver used by the Astro-Hungarian army during WWI and various armies during WWII.

wow i’ve never heard of or seen that Rast gasser. that is pretty coolhow it does that stuff. It almost resembles a swiss army knife in the bottom photo due to how it all opens up. thanks for sharing that pistol!!!
