I have a PSA lower receiver that supposedly commemorates when SC Rep. Joe Wilson yelled “YOU LIE” at Obama during the 2009 State of the Union address. This lower simply has a “YOU LIE” serial number prefix. I have not been able to locate much information on this receiver, and was hoping that I could find info here. Thanks.

It was the first “meme” lower. For a while it was only sold if you asked for it. At one point it also commanded a premium ($300+). It and the NoBo they did unfortunately fell in value post-FBHO presidency.
It was made by L.W. Schneider iirc.
