Did weights this morning
Im sore from leg day yesterday. I have been really pushing myself, and last night i didnt sleep well because i just couldnt get comfortable. I’m at a level now that i know i need to atay at for a while before bumping things up again. I did bi’s and tri’s this morning. Tomorrow will be chest/abs or back/shoulders.
