Not saying i like it, but the amount of fraud that occurs is huge. Especially sonce the OPM hack of a few years ago. Jamin himself is a veteran and had his stuff out there like everyone else.
FWIW, PSA employees dont get an employee discount through the website either for the same reason.
This is also why PSA doesn’t do codes like other websites. A code would be posted on Reddit and everyone would use it. People just are not truthful.
I’m not a coder or programmer but too many other companies can do it so I’m sure PSA could as well.

Real ID and Verify Me are widely used; even by the government to access Social Security and VA healthcare and benefits. The potential for fraud is probably still there, but not at a dangerous level.
Alot of companies don’t offer the continual low prices PSA does also. I dont know all the cost basis, but there are a few items that have razor thin margins. PSA has always focused on volume over profit, to go along with their vision of spreading freedom as much as possible.
Of course a few items have razor thin margins, but when you see the same identical items with the same identical part numbers sold for less on a regular basis then it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out there is room enough for discounts.

I want to give PSA More of my business, but heck they want even price match.
Don’t discount certain low margin items, fine but if company ABC is selling it for XXX then so can PSA!!
If pricing on certain items is a problem PSA could easily put a disclaimer on those items saying that a military/LEO discount is not available…

Im not sure they could. They dont have a dept of code monkeys working the website. Also, the stores will price match the website. But price matching other websites becomes problematic due to MAP / agreements with distributors. That is what put Circuit City out of business roughly 30 years ago.
Excuses enough… not your department but it can be done just as others do!

Everyone wants to ■■■■■ about excuses without seeing the bigger picture. Happens in every industry.
I don’t want to ■■■■■ about anything and trust me I do understand and see the bigger picture of what PSA is trying to do for the industry as a whole.
But come on man throw us a bone once in a while 
I am sorry I didn’t mean to cause a conflict over this. Please guys lets just let the powers that be speak and address this issue for us. It is up to them anyway so our opinions matter but it is still their decision.
