Of the states that pay to the Federal Government more than they receive about half are Red. Its a common fake information argument, also population and industry matter. Such as California tech and New York Finance.

Virginia is the worse state of all when it comes to giving and taking. It is nearly 2 times worse than the next state Alabama who received 45 billion more than it paid and Virginia received 88 billion. So I would check before using political talking points and propaganda.

Also California with all that financial power is almost 3 billion deficit, New York with all that financial power is looking at 13 billion over next 2 years. But sure Texas, California and New York pay more. They also cover nearly 30% of the United States population at nearly 100million give or take. So yeah Texas is red last I looked and has a 25 billion dollar surplus.

Here is a starting spot.

Oh and where is this Administration’s actions that shut down people’s voice? All I see is leftwing Anarchist in blue states attacking law enforcement. No one not a single person has been silenced by the administration. Just more smoke and nonsense, I think people are just shocked a president is doing what he said he would during the campaign season. Now they just make stuff up like “silencing everyone!”. Haha fake news.

What sucks is I have a ton of family that lives there. I live in NC. We take our camper there numerous times a year to various campgrounds… truly would hate to be an out of stater who gets caught with more than 10rds in my 43x just for driving through. I also saw they are redoing the CCW acceptance thing to be more like California?

50 new tax bills, every gun (nearly) is illegal after July, unconstitutional magazine bans… it almost makes it to where out of staters don’t even want to visit or vacation there… it’ll eventually get to SCOTUS, and hopefully overturned, but how many years will that take? I feel for you northern brothers, but NC isn’t getting much better. Ours is just going slower. Small cities dictating the entire state. And if the new map makes it out of yalls court up there, you’ll never see another republican house / senate. You do in fact get what you vote for…. you’re all more than welcome down here, just don’t bring any of it with you.

Now they are in they are making sure they will stay…

I have a lot of friends that want to move and not give this state their taxes anymore. Fight or flight.

Boy oh boy……..these people are one heck of a gun sales team here. I can’t go many places and there not be lines at the counters, even at opening time. Even magazine racks are darn near empty. Truly ironic to live minutes from the 2A authors home, and going through this. This will be a never ending game till we are nationwide kaput like they want. Isis, illegals, blm/antifa city burners are more important than flag waving citizens of all voting persuasions. Shame. Was a good run I guess.

For what it’s worth, Winsome Sears was not a good candidate and the VA Republican party is worthless. if we had good candidates and a motivated party, we might be able to stave off some of this BS.

You say that like Spanberger was for some unknown reason(s) acceptably-superior to Sears. This is Decidedly Not True. Spanberger was an exceptionally awful candidate, even by Democrat Standards. There were other things at play here.

Example: Virginia put a man in the Attorney General’s position who made Death Threats against one of his Political Opponent’s Family, specifically his Children, for crying out loud!

On the Record. And refused to Retract it. Children whom he had met, had Dinner with, and knew Personally.

Why might you suppose that happened?

It certainly couldn’t be because every single time the Polls showed a Republican advantage, the House Majority Leader used his virtually unlimited powers to manipulate the House of Delegates schedule, so Republican Delegates had to appear in Session or risk a Vote passing terrible Legislation without enough opposition; thereby preventing them from Campaigning (particularly in the weeks leading up to election). Or pressured local media to not cover Republican Rallies, or to drop Advertising from Republican PACs, or any other number of Dirty Tricks.

That’s not the only reason - mostly the blame falls on the Virginia Republican’t Voters - for staying home in Droves, and losing their State to the Marxists.

You will Never Recover this lost Liberty, Virgina. Enjoy your Chains. You’re going to be wearing them a very long time.

Boy, you have no idea how to make an argument. I stopped reading after your first line, which is patently untrue: “You say that like Spanberger was for some unknown reason(s) acceptably-superior to Sears.” I never said anything like that.

I never said you did say that; you’ll note upon a Reread. (and this time put that chip on your shoulder back into your pocket)

I said you claimed Sears was awful, AS IF Spanberger was somehow a Superior/Better/Obvious choice. Which is Untrue [that she was a better choice]. Is that synonymous phrase clearer?

Turns out, Spanberger is even worse than her Record suggested she would be.

Reading really Is Fundamental.

Democrats love to do this, where they try to grab the whole cookie jar but then give it back with half the cookies gone. It is a time honored communist tactic to over reach then accept the smaller steps they have taken to oppress a society into thinking they won some. When the society lost completely.

The whole thing is un-American brought to Virginia by un-American democrats.

“DANGER TO DEMOCRACY OH MYGOD!” - Democrats that claim this while attacking the Republic at is very base, the Constitution.

Something I find interesting; appears as though the more population dense an area is the less likely the whole “We hold these truths to be self-evident…” concept becomes.
