Scary Times ahead for us gun owners

Washington State Assault Weapons Ban: Everything Will Be Banned - YouTube

yeah the people of washington have fallen asleep on who they voted in to office… sadly for them they are starting to feel the repercussions of how they voted.

Good. Them pushing something like this is better for everyone then them grabbing the low hanging fruit. This will hurt every gun owner including the hunter who only shoots his gun once a year. They will see backlash from everyone.

unfortunately it’s a lot like here in PA. The largest city or 2 in the state make the laws and win the votes for the rest of the state. Democracy is 2 wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch.

Tn is having issues

One of the most Assertive things you can do relative to your 2A rights, is to learn to use a Lathe and a Milling Machine, preferably under your own ownership and control.

I know a local machinist who bought a Bridgeport milling machine for his home shop. He knows lowers inside and out and that works out well for his friends.

They don’t need to be concerned with the availability of 80% lowers, they just buy bricks of aluminum and machine them down. To the nearest ±.002 inches.

If you want to understand American gun control, study the Port Arthur incident in Australia in 1996.

Most of the same players at work, with the difference being that the US has a 2A and Australia does not.

If the US dictatorship makes a significant change, there is a fork in the road related to Grandfather’ing, i.e. allowing existing gun owners to continue to own their weapons, vs. an outright Ban ban.

Since Washington has taken the route of allowing Grandfather-ing and outlawing additional sales - what happens to those of us who drive with firearms in the back of our truck ? In a case, with buckets of ammo.

Does it become wise to carry print-outs of the receipts from when you bought the firearms ? To deal with attempted enforcement of illegal laws.

I’m interpreting your statement as, "Buy as many PSA stripped lower receivers at ~$49 and stack 'em deep. Then, buy just as many “standard capacity” magazines as you can afford. Next paycheck, repeat. Do this until you have hundreds upon hundreds of stripped lowers and the attic is stuffed with mags.

No. It’s the same here in Colorado. And suggesting the people of Western states aren’t involved, and fighting for our gun rights honestly pisses me off.

Liberals moving in from California, Oregon, and Washington are taking over the cities, and outnumbering the rural conservative voters.

We’re not asleep, we’re outnumbered. It’s happening in Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Idaho, Montana, and Colorado.

It is infuriating. Instead of people looking down on us like we’re not doing anything, why don’t you join in the fight? Know what I do? I find an apartment complex in a Senators’ or Representatives’ district in other states so I have a “legal” address, then write Pro 2A letters to those reps. I have “legal” addresses in Arizona, Montana, Maine, Nevada, and Washington. Anti gun groups have gotten VERY creative. We need to do exactly the same. People are tired of these mass shootings. If we don’t help one another, we’re screwed. And eventually all of you feeling safe in clearly red states, will be screwed too. Look no further than Nevada, Arizona, and Texas.

Our Colorado AWB that will ban EVERYTHING like Washington State goes to committee on the 19th of April at 1:30.

I have signed up to testify. I’d appreciate some help

That’s bull💩

Unless the law specifically prohibits “manufacturing”

Good luck finding parts for all those lowers you stockpiled

LITERALLY THIS.

Every “Blue state” other than California and the NE states are dominated by the major cities. Colorado and Illinios are perfect examples.

More red counties need to do what the Oregon counties are doing in the Greater Idaho Movement. Leave the blue state and join a neighboring red state.

crickets GIF

Everyone wants to preach while they think they are safe

Very few actually help

I know I do

We’re taking preemptive measures here in SC with the flood we’re getting. My kid’s have all been instructed on the importance of voting.

how so? how else can you explain allowing such a monsterous law to have been voted on and passed into law?

Allowing? :joy: You have no clue…

When democratic strongholds in major urban areas outnumber conservative voters in rural areas, outnumber us in totality and vote in democrat majorities into the house, senate, and the governor’s office…

How exactly are we “allowing” this?

We’re F word ing out numberd. Exactly WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot are we supposed to do?

Shame on us… I guess we’re burying our heads in the sand and “allowing” this to happen… Get a clue.

God help you when the liberals of New York and New Jersey flee their states because of taxes and suddenly move into sunny and tax friendly South Carolina and outnumber you…at the polls.

Then I can lecture you about how you “allowed” this to happen. Maybe then you’ll understand.

You’re living in a bubble…that someday is likely to burst.

The Tennessee Governor is suddenly begging for Red Flag Laws. 3 anti 2A bills introduced in Alabama today. Georgia, freaking Georgia is blue.

Only a matter of time before this disease is on your doorstep. Can’t wait to blame you for allowing it to happen.

Mine too.

One voted this past election.

One has two more years…

It’s happening here in the upstate. Hoping it’s not a “Forlorn Hope” situation.

perhaps allowing was not the right word. But what i meant by it is somehow those democrats are all democrats. I look at either party and i wonder why are people in one or the other. As conservatives we all can agree that the deomcrats are insane, and their policys are horrible, and we have pretty much solid factual truth that say for example their policy on taxes is wrong, or inflation, or any one thing… so if we know its wrong and harmful, then what i was meaning is it is a teachable thing, to become a conservative, and as thus, peoplke in democrat controlled states are not teaching conservativism enough to convert the democrats from liberal beliefs to conservative beliefs. yes. i know its easier said than done.

I get democratic regions outnumber conservative ones, I just dont know how we as conservatives allow those regions to exist without all of us trying to teach and convert them to conservativism…

the old saying goes if your not liberal at 20 you have no heart, if your not conservative at 40 you have no brains… why does it take teaching and learning until 40 to change… why not change them sooner, perhaps it has to do with how they are raised…

why do we let higher learning professors all be liberal douches ? They pretty much program the children to be liberals by the time they’re done with college, and then they move into areas and vote democrat. I in no way am blaming you, or any other conservative for not voting right, i just think theres gotta be a way for us to change the democrats numbers to conservatives.

then we got folks leaving these states that are all controlled by liberals, and moving to conservative states… thats fine and all, but many times these people do not vote conservative, and we see the states start turning purple… look at texas for instance. folks are leaving california new york and much of the north east and move where? texas! and other conservative states. but they continue to vote liberal, and thus they continue to cause the once great conservative state to be just like where they left, and now they’re screwed there too. it’s gotta be in education somehow.

i hate you took it as an attack on you as not doing anything. I do have a clue. and for now im lucky enough to live in a very conservative state.

oh and i agree as i live in the fastest gowing county (or one of the fastest) im quite worried about that, as i explained above, we have to do better converting and growing conservatives… teaching them why they should be conservative… however, liberals also belive the world is flat still (some of them) so it may be a harder task than all of us could fix.

sure you can lecture me if it happens. I seriously doubt im living in a bubble.
Georgia is blue because of its population being dependent upon liberal policies. the bigger your citys are, the more liberal they get, because of more liberal dependent policies. where’s my free stuff. thats another issue all together.

It seems to me that the overall quality of elected officials all through the country is in the crapper. we need more honest everyday men in offices. like governorships and congress and senate. to help make the democratic laws be rolled back.

I’m hopeful we can keep the purple away for a while longer. but with the growth we’re experienceing i dont know if we can. heck our capital city is already mostly democratic now.

agian your taking it as a personal attack. I never ment you personally. Goodness knows i vote as conservative as i can every time theres an election. I’m doing my part, trying to teach kids i know about what to vote for and why. to make sure when they get of age they vote conservative not just to do it but to know why they need to vote for which policy. /person. gotta teach them young.

calm down.

All states are one governor away from this kind of tyranny.

we’re one main blackout away from mass hysteria
