Has anyone from PSA ever hinted of the possibility of dropping a furniture ready version of the AK-556? The cheapest I can get one is $899 for a BLEM. But if it was furniture ready could they possibly get it down to $799?!

Usually they dont do furniture ready. They do offer builders kits which also need a trigger assembly. By the time you add furniture and trigger, its not really nuch cheaper than just buying one. Difference is you can make it exactly what you want.

Isn’t a builders kit and a furniture ready the same thing?
Furniture ready in the past was everything but furniture. The builders kits are also missing trigger. I think it is due to the tax on what is considered a complete gun verses non. An additional tax is paid on complete (i.e. ready to fire).
