First impression is pretty good. Had an issue getting the whole thing together, but it turned out to be a locking block issue, not a slide problem. Serrations feel good, design is pretty nice. Its listed as FDE but looks more coyote to me. Minor details but in case people want to know. I happen to like the coyote color better, so I’m happy with it. Have to go get my striker assembly today at lunch, so I’ll test the trigger reset on the Apex this afternoon.

I think the front of that slide matches with the carry cuts on the dagger pretty well. My slide is just square cut, and although I don’t mind it the lines are just different.
I hadn’t really noticed that, good spot. Here are a few more pictures so people can see how it looks

PSA has some standards cheap. If you want night sights, ameriglo is where it’s at.

it looks good, but i disagree from that photo it looks too light, more of a FDE, than a coyote would be. which is usually darker than the fde. …
what sights are you thinking of going with?
GuitarGUy is right, the slide is nice with those carry cuts… his and my slides dont have that… very nice slide,… but i bet you paid a nice price for it too… lol… strike thinks highly of their stuff.
I’m haveing an issue now… the last thing on mine is to mount my RMR… sadly my RMR doesnt have long enough screws to mount it to the slide… and the ones it has mounting to the Rail i have it on are too long… so im stuck… im going to have to get longer screws… but not too long… ugh…
i have 3 pair of different screws as it is now, and each pair is wrong… 2 are too short, and one pair is just about an 1/16th of an inch too long…
The picture makes it look brighter than it looks in person. In person its a darker coyote, almost burnt bronze-ish color.
I havent decided on the sights yet, but I’m leaning towards a set of Ameriglo 3x

I liked this slide because it has the multi optic setup, and it comes with all of the different screws and posts, plus the cover if you want to run without a RMR. My biggest concern is with it being a MOS is how the RMR I choose will sit in the opening. Its not cut to fit a specific footprint, so the extra room will be there somewhere. I’m torn between the Vortex venom and the Sig Romeo1. Sig has the shake awake, which I like, but I’m not a fan of their optics. Vortex is my go to, and it states a great battery life at low settings, So the venom will probably be the overall choice.

i went with the ameriglo h3 Gk supressor height night sights. 73 bucks i think… great setup. love it.
yeah i paid 172 for my slide, plus tax and shipping… that is not a bad price you paid for your Strike at all… i would have thought more to the mid 250’s or higher.
i dont have a vortex rmr yet, but i like their other products. I do have the sig romeo1 on my sig230 setup and i like it so far. but i havent spent much time with it yet to give a “love it or not” label to it. i dont blame you with going to the venom. i probably would too if i were buying another rmr
