Received the email in screenshots below today. Went to place the order but the 5% didn’t apply. Why am I being teased lol tried on phone and PC. No code in the email either, just the Redeem Now link.
Any ideas on how to get it to work?

I received basically the same email a little bit ago minus the discount. This is a new one I haven’t seen before. I’ll post here if anything changes.
Thanks bud. I believe I received two emails before this one without the discount then I guess the third time comes the discount to entice you to buy. Went for the purchase using the Redeem Now link but no discount so didn’t go through with it. Hoping to get it to work so I can place the order.

Good morning @sean.psa last night I also received the 5% discount email but it’s not working. How should we proceed with placing our orders?
Can you forward me a copy of that email? We should not be running any discount codes right now so I am not sure how that is happening. I’ll see if I can get you taken care of though.
