Did anyone else have a problem ordering the $10 discounted PSA gift card for themselves? When I initially put it in my cart, it showed the discounted price. However, when I hit the Submit button, I got an error message saying the credit card on file wasn’t valid. I put in a new card number, but the price didn’t include the discount. I emptied my cart and tried again, but the discount does not appear. I even logged out and relogged in to start over, but it still doesn’t show the discount.
Is this with a credit card promotion?
No, it was a promotion I saw in a daily deal. When I put it in my cart, it showed the $10 discount. I had a saved credit card, which I assumed to be valid, but apparently it was not, as when I hit submit, a message said my card was invalid. I put in a different card, but the $10 discount disappeared from my cart. I deleted the cart and logged out and back in, but still can’t get the discount to show.
Not sure on that one. May have been tied to your card. I get them occasionally from Capital One.
No, the offer is not tied to a card. It is part of PSA’s Father’s Day Sale. I got an email from PSA about the sale again this morning.
