My payment is being rejected by processor

I have tried just about everything, from using different cards, computers etc. Everything is being rejected. I’ve called my bank and they dont see the rejections. Not sure what else to do besides just not order at all. I Could use some help.

Its not saved, first time using it on the website and 2 other cards both rejected, but works everywhere else.

Credit cards? Maybe its an anti 2a company now. Isnt that a thing happening?

I used 2 debits and 1 credit, no luck.

That would be nice, I have no clue how to actually speak to somone.

I ordered ammo on Sunday, my visa debit was not saved, and processed immediately. Good luck.

What browser are you using?

Edit: are your billing and shipping address the same (except for serialized items)?

Edit 2: i went back snd looked through old messages about this issue. One more note, using multiple cards can make the system flag it as fraudulant. @Josiah_PSA may be able to help but he has been out of the office for much of this week. It may be Monday until he sees this and can help you. If it did flag it as fraud, he can remove the flag (or get CS to do it) and that will get you going again.

I’m running into the same issue and have been for at least 9mths. Pretty sure I got flagged for fraud judging by what I’ve heard from others on here. There has got to be a better way to go about this. I typically just won’t buy from psa now because of the hassle with this issue. Maybe @Josiah_PSA or @Joshlovesguns could help both of our issues.

What ended up working for me was creating a new PSA account with a different email address. It worked on the first try. Trust me, I know its a hassle. Very inconvenient, but just so you know, it did work for me. That was my last straw. If that didn’t work, I was calling it quits.

That pretty much means your other account was flagged for fraud.

Are you entering your new card info in your account settings or just using a new card at checkout. I would think it would be fine if you entered your card info first in your account.

If thats the case, I have no idea why that would be.

Could be a variety of reasons…everything from a restriction by your bank to too many attempted failed logins into your psa account.

Well thats the thing; I cant even check out as a guest. And no matter what card I use its the same issue. Maybe its my name or address?? Still no help from psa either; on the forum or through their contact us page. @Josiah_PSA @Joshlovesguns

Josh actually doesnt work for PSA anymore. Josiah has had one thing after another…SHOT, covid, followed by the death of a family member.

Even using a guest account will tie into your account based on the cookies stored by your browser. There are literally many options/reasons as to whats going on.

Well theres gotta be someone at PSA that can gelp resolve these issue besides those two. Not that its their fault for my account being messed up but I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops for a company to take my money in exchange for goods. Especially considering how common these issues are.
