My payment is being rejected by processor

Based on the thousands of orders they recieve every day it isnt common at all. Less than 10 if i had to guess. It is my understanding their customer service dept, which was hit hard by covid along with the rest of the company, is back up to 100% and going to be expanding.

I used to think the same (isolated problem, user error, etc…). After my experience today, I am beginning to wonder. My card issuer is not even seeing the attempted transactions. This is all with a card I have used successfully many times on PSA for ammunition, kits, and serialized items without an issue. Today the PSA website even split my order and only locked up on the serialized item. This makes me suspect it may be a glitch based on the different addresses (mine for the card and the ammunition, a different one for the FFL). I have initiated a chat session, and spent the >1 hour on hold to talk to CS. It is being “escalated”. The reason I am thinking it might be somewhat widespread is that there are quite a few folks reporting these issues relative to the size of the forum, and I suspect most folks on this forum are like me in that they’d prefer to stay positive and learn something; not just b!tch. I am posting this only to assure the others having trouble that you’re not crazy. Now, back to the fun stuff.

I’ve only placed 14 orders so far, but I’ve used 14 different cards. Soon 15/15…

I don’t either. have FFL info saved and can choose to use 2 different cards and never have an issue.

last firearm I placed order on Sunday and pickup from my FFL on Thursday of the same week.

No disagreement here. My previous experiences have been positive. I also did not experience or understand these issues, but now I am sympathetic to some others’ frustrations. That was meant to be the point of the post. I’m a fan of PSA and the forum and I’d like to see both prosper. If PSA is losing customers or experiencing damage to their reputation, I’d like to help them turn it around. I meant only to provide some feedback which might be useful to meet that objective. I agree that the percentage of issues must be small, but it might still be significant. I’m confident it will all be sorted out soon enough.

Yeah, I have also been having the same issues. As a matter of fact i just used my card and account to purchase something less than 3 weeks ago but now I cant get my payment to go through. Not an issue on my cardholders end. Ive tried different browsers, different cards, and even setting up different accounts with different emails. My guess would be that they have a small issue with their flagging system thay causes it to flag accounts by accident. But at the same time ive tried multiple accounts so Im not sure anymore. I hope a rep sees this discussion to resolve these issues soon. I enjoy giving my business to PSA and dont want to have to start going to anyone else but if I cant get this resolved I guess thatll be the solution.

The FFL he was trying to use was black listed in our system. Was an error on our side so once it was identified he was good to go.

Hey Anthony, this Justin Hardesty email (thriller_abc123@hotmail.com) and im experiencing the problem of payment being rejected by precessor. Ive been following a few discussions on it and have tried many things i seen that resolved others problems but to no avail. Having the same issue here. I am trying to buy something and it keeps giving me this error. I tried to call, but their recorded options don’t include an option for this problem and you can’t just hit operator

Good evening! I saw a post from another user you responded to him and by the looks of his response you were able to resolve his issue. Mine is the same as his:

I have tried to process the serialzed item individually and still having the same issue of not processing! If you could help that would be awesome!
