Whenever I try to order on PSA’s website I get an error ‘Payment authorization rejection from the processor’ but my credit/debit card companies say they aren’t rejecting it. Anyone else get this?
@Anthony_PSA might can help you if he is in the office tomorrow. For some reason your account probably got a fraud flag put on it by the system. This could be from your use of multiple cc’s, multiple times trying to place an order, or even your browser used.

I am having the same issue and have had it for months. I’ve ordered $2,000+ worth of stuff from PSA over the years with no issue but haven’t been able to order from the website now for months. Tried all the remedies and I still get the authorization issue.
Some rep please help me.

I have contacted three different reps who have promised me that their manager would resolve this issue before the end of day and nothing has happened yet.
I would like to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale but none of the representatives I talked to have followed up and informed me why my account was incorrectly flagged or have removed the flag.
@Josh_PSA or @Anthony_PSA, can you help me as well? I’m getting the same error when trying to check out.

Error on payment submission: “Payment authorization rejection from the processor.”
I am trying to purchase two items before the sale ends today and have tried over six payment methods and I keep getting this error. My first order succeeded for items being shipped to my home but failed for the two items that are being sent to my FFL. I have been trying diff things like using Chrome and FireFox browsers. I’ve tried clearing browser cache and logging in and then out and back in. Nothing is working.
I do not have two email addresses on this site. Help is greatly appreciated!!
Using that many cards may have flagged it as fraud. You will have to wait until one of the PSA reps is back in the office tomorrow.
