Whenever I try to order on PSA’s website I get an error ‘Payment authorization rejection from the processor’ but my credit/debit card companies say they aren’t rejecting it. Anyone else get this?
Happened two weeks ago, sent a screenshot into PSA but no response. Happened again today with two different cards (they work fine on other sites). PSA system said I’d get a call back in about 20 minutes but never did.
I know this isn’t technical support haha, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if they found a work around?
Is the card saved in the ordering system or are you manually typing it?
If it is saved and has expired since the last time you placed an order, the old exp date and CVV number can cause a transaction to not make it to the bank for authorization.

For anyone else that runs into this, the issue was I apparently used two email addresses and the same card info and it flagged it as possible fraud. So remember which email you use on the PSA website lol.

I got this message and the only way I found around it was to change my shipping address. Apparently they blocked mine even though I have only ordered from them once.
The issue for me was I apparently used two email addresses and the same card info and it flagged it as possible fraud. Maybe you’ve placed an order on that card before. Try using a different card that you haven’t used on PSA’s website or see if you can remember what email address you first used on PSA’s website with the card you are using. Good luck.
