Another Rhode Island Order Cancelled

Good Morning. I placed an order for a Rifle kit last week and was informed yesterday that it was going to be cancelled because they can’t ship to RI. I have seen others here have had their orders fixed. What do I need to do to get compliance and others to get my order squared away. The online chat has been no help.
