My order for PA10 lower to RI FFL was cancelled? I’m not sure why. FFL said it wasn’t a problem. I’m on active duty here, and hold a RI CCW. Other have this issue? (This is my first post)
See this thread. The issue was fixed but since you are active duty that may/may not create an additional issue.
The issue obviously hasn’t been fixed, given that PSA is trying to cancel (or has cancelled) the order. And how would my duty status possibly influence anything? PSA has no idea what I do for a living.
Is your current (ship to) location different than your drivers license (permanent/billing) address?
As for the issue, it is supposed to be fixed, which is why i asked about duty. Just trying to think of all it might be.
Everything is in order, yes. I don’t know why PSA would do this. They also haven’t responded to my emails.
I think it is beyond CS ( which isnt on the forums) and that is why i tagged the PSA reps here.

I got an email from Compliance this morning saying they had updated their policies. I was able to reorder this afternoon. Thank you all for your assistance.
Unfortunately the drama continues. PSA cancelled the original order. I repurchased on 08AUG. On 19AUG, after not seeing a shipping notification, I called PSA to ask for a status update. Unfortunately the FFL certificate expiration had not populated automatically, so there was no forcing function to get the order to “Compliance”. Who knows if PSA would have caught the hold-up if I hadn’t called.
On 20AUG, “Compliance” emailed asking for my Drivers License from my billing address. Having already provided this info previously, and in some frustration, I emailed a copy of 1) my military CAC; 2) my DHS creds; 3) my drivers license; 4) my FL CCW; 5) my RI CCW.
Got an email this morning (22AUG) asking for a copy of my orders.
This is getting absurd. Any cost savings I may have had by purchasing PSA have been evaporated by the amount of time trying to purchase one of their products.
