PSA offers 16" 9mm complete uppers, when in stock. I have the one that use PSA and EVO mags. Does it matter which complete upper I buy? Or will any upper work regardless of mag configuration? I looked and couldn’t see where it specified. Thanks in advance.
The AR-V only works with AR-V lowers. So no, none of their stand alone 9mm uppers work. Their 9mm lowers (glock style) work with any 9mm upper.

And even then finding a lower or adapter that works reliability is a chore. Its as if pistol rounds are inherently incapable with the AR platform when it comes to trustworthy reliability. The AK platform on the other hand seems to work far better with the 9mm. Why I own an AK-v9 but gave passed on the AR platform configuration see so many had feed and extraction issues.
